ANDREW MILLER
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Miller is the President and CEO of Miller Capital Advisory, Inc (“MCA”). Miller founded MCA in 1996 to provide asset management and capital markets advice to a select clientele base. Miller oversees strategy, business development and acquisitions for MCA.
Prior to forming MCA, Miller served as First Vice President, Capital Markets, for Homart Development Co. Homart was one of the nation’s leading developers and owners of retail investment properties prior to its liquidation in 1995. As First Vice President, Miller was responsible for acquisition, financing, joint venture structuring and asset disposition activities. Altogether, Miller served 15 years with Homart in various managerial capacities, including acquisitions analysis, corporate planning, corporate finance, and accounting. Miller also had a five year career in information technology with Sargent and Lundy Engineers prior to starting his real estate career with Homart.
Miller holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago where he graduated with Dean’s List honors. He also holds a BS in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois in Urbana, where he graduated with Bronze Tablet / All University Honors, Magna cum Laude and High Departmental Distinction in Psychology.
JOHN NEUTZLING
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
John Neutzling is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at MCA. Neutzling is responsible for portfolio management activities, asset management, leasing, and property management. He is also responsible for partner relations.
Prior to joining MCA in January of 2007, Neutzling was Executive Vice President at Simon Property Group, the nation’s largest public Real Estate Investment Trust. Neutzling was responsible for property management of the portfolio which included over 185 retail properties and over 100 million square feet of gross leasable area. Neutzling was also responsible for partner relations, managing the office portfolio, asset management, and special projects. Neutzling’s career at Simon spanned over 30 years.
Neutzling is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served as the organization's state director. Additionally, he has been a member of the Certified Shopping Center Management committee and has been involved in numerous community, civic and governmental organizations. Neutzling holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston.
MICHAEL GOLDBERG
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Michael Goldberg is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MCA. Goldberg is responsible for the company’s capital markets activities, accounting and financial management, human resources and risk management. Goldberg joined MCA in January of 2003.
Prior to associating with MCA, Goldberg served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Rodamco North America N.V. for two years. Prior to that, Goldberg served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations for Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. During his seven year career with Urban, Goldberg was responsible for all of the firm’s financing, cash management and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Urban, Goldberg spent eleven years in commercial and investment banking with positions at Harris Bankcorp, First Chicago Corporation and Citizens Fidelity Bank.
Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky with honors and distinction. Goldberg also holds an MBA from Emory University.
RICHARD KOBE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
Richard Kobe is Senior Vice President of Development for MCA. Kobe joined MCA in May of 2008. Kobe is responsible for directing IMI’s property development and redevelopment activities from initial planning and entitlement through construction and lease up.
Prior to joining MCA, Kobe served four years with General Growth Properties as Vice President of Development. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of development with respect to a third party portfolio totaling 25,000,000 square feet of gross leasable area. Prior to that, Kobe served two years as Vice President of Development for Westfield Corporation where he planned and executed value enhancement strategies for a regional portfolio. Prior to that, Kobe served as Senior Vice President Development for Urban Retail Properties. During his 17 years at Urban, he directed numerous development and redevelopment projects including the renovation and expansion of the Houston Galleria in 2001. Kobe has also held development and facilities real estate positions with such firms as JMB Property Management, Montgomery Ward and Jewel Co.
Kobe holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois in Urbana. Kobe also holds an MBA from the University of Illinois in Urbana.
